I have the right to refuse a commission at any point if I am being pestered, constantly contacted, or rushed. You're more than welcome to check in and ask as I DO sometimes take a while on commissions depending on the complexity, but I do my best to keep you updated of progress anyway!

Following the above, if I cancel a commission after starting it or if something happens that results in the commission needing to be stopped, we can discuss payment options.

I prefer to be paid in full AFTER the commission is finished. I am more than okay with being paid half upfront, but it should be known that you will not get your full finished piece without payment. You will receive updates with my watermark and low quality screenshots of the work, but once payment is complete in full you will get the proper HD image.

You acknowledge that you will receive two versions of your commission: one with faint watermarks and one with heavy watermarks. The heavy watermarks are REQUIRED if you are to be posting them publicly online, while the lesser watermarked one is fine for private chats or friends, or even if commissioning others. The watermarks are non negotiable as I would prefer to avoid further art theft.

ABSOLUTELY NO AI. I outright refuse my work to be used for AI in any way and if I find out my work is being used for it, I will block and ban you from all platforms, and warn other artists about you alongside other action, as this is a direct breach of my TOS. I refuse my work to be used for AI, please respect that.

I would like if you told me what your intentions with the art are! If it is a NSFW piece then there's no need to explain (obviously I won't ask anyway), but for SFW pieces I would like to know if they're planned to be used for D&D Campaigns, tokens, public use, etc!

Do not steal or claim my artwork! Even if you commission the work it is STILL my artwork! Obviously the characters are not mine, but the art is. Please respect that! Breaking this rule will result in other actions being taken as this is also a direct breach of my TOS.

I am okay with payment plans if you struggle with paying off a commission! However, keep in mind I won't tolerate a year-long payment plan.

If you are experiencing any discomfort or uncertainty during a commission or the process let me know! I want the client to be 100% happy and okay with the artwork they are getting! I am willing to make several changes to a piece without an extra cost. However, if the changes become constant, I may need to charge a bit extra for the extra time put in. This will change depending on complexity.

I will only take PayPal and GBP (£)

While I am okay drawing NSFW, I will need the client to prove they're 18+ by providing ID (blocking your important details EXCEPT your date of birth) with your username written on a piece of paper beside the ID. It goes without saying that I am not drawing such things for underage clients, and you will be blocked instantly from ever commissioning me if you try and break that rule. I will also add on that I don't draw hardcore kink. Its mostly vanilla and soft character interactions I mainly will do.

When commissioning me, throw as much information at me as you can! It's okay if not, but the more information helps me a ton. Visual guides on the vibe you're looking for helps a lot as well, but is not required. Tell me about your characters as well! I enjoy hearing their lore and personality and it helps a lot when creating the art for them.

I have ADHD and Autism, so my focus may sometimes shift or falter when working on commissions, but I do my best to keep the client in touch with what's happening. Do not commission me if you're not okay with possible long waits: I will keep clients updated through my discord's Commission Queue. It is another reason I prefer payment after the commission is finished as well.

I will NOT draw art for pedophiles, zoophiles, racists, homophobes/Anti-LGBTQ+, shitty people. Alongside anything else shitty that falls into this general category. It goes without saying I also will not be drawing anything political, hateful, harmful or generally disgusting.
